Gateway Freight Systems Inc. is a transportation intermediary, not a motor carrier. Part our obligation as an intermediary is maintaining authorities and licenses for the several jurisdictions in which we conduct business and meeting the accompanying insurance and financial performance requirements mandated by statute and normal risk management practices.

As a transportation intermediary there are limits on our liability for loss or damage to cargo. For the protection or our shippers and to ensure that shippers have adequate insurance coverage in place, please review Gateway’s Service Terms & Conditions which outlines the conditions of carriage and the our legal position as an intermediary.
